This is Stormy my dad. First time I saw him in a few years was last summer and I won't be able to see him again for awhile since he is going to turn himself in for a parole violation.

So I made this photoshop out of a picture of him. Pretty basic first I exagerared the lighting with the burn and dodge tools, then I added lens flare and spotlight lighting in the top left corner, then I adjusted the contrast and added a smudgestick filter.

I'm still on 6.0 and learning some new stuff everytime I use it so tips would be helpful.
